Build a Survey: Instructions

This online tool allows you to select questions that have been asked in previous IMAGES surveys and add them to your draft survey questionnaire. Once you are done selecting questions, you can download the questions in English as a Word Document.

The document will include some standard introductory text and modules. You will need to customize this text as appropriate. You will also need to add introductions to different sections of your survey and detailed skip instructions for your data collectors.
